Coconut Macaroons
This coconut macaroon recipe is sugar free, but if you want to use real sugar, go for it. Some of our friends, can't eat sugar, so we used, "Just Like Sugar" sugar substitute.
Recipe
2 cups of sweetened, shredded, dried coconut
1/2 cup of sugar (Or, Just Like Sugar for baking)
3 Large egg whites, lightly beaten
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp of Almond Extract
Mix everything together, chill for 30 minutes, bake
at 300 degrees for 30 minutes
