Guacamole
Try this delicious avocado-based dip with your chips and salsa or spread on your avocado toast! It is quick and easy to make, super fresh, and always the hit of a party!
Recipe
2 ripe avocados
2 or more cloves of garlic, chopped
2 to 3 Tbsps of red or white onion, chopped
3 Tbsps of fresh cilantro, chopped
The juice of 1/2 a lemon or 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle some chili peppers on top for more spice
Instructions:
Add everything to a mixing bowl, Mash avocados to the smoothness your like. Serve with tortilla chips and try our Pico de Gallo Salsa.
