Spicy Mango Smoothie 

As a snack, breakfast, or light lunch or to help you stay cool, get healthy, lose weight, and have energy - This spicy mango smoothie does the job!

Recipe

1 cup of frozen or fresh mango, chopped

1/2 cup of ice

1/4 avocado

Zest of 1 large orange

1 orange, peeled

1/2 cup of coconut water 

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp of honey

(less or more depending on how sweet you like your drinks)

Juice of 1 lime

One cup of diced mango contains:

  • 100 calories

  • 1 gram protein

  • 0.5 grams fat

  • 25 grams of carbohydrate (24 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber)

  • 100 percent of the daily need for vitamin C

  • 20 percent of folate

  • 10 percent of vitamin B-6
