Mango:

Mango is a low-calorie fruit that is high in fibre, and is a great source of vitamins A and C. It also contains folate, B6, iron and a little calcium, zinc and vitamin E. Mangoes are a good source of antioxidants, containing certain phytochemicals such as gallotannins and mangiferin which have been studied for their health benefits.

Cucumber:

Cucumbers are a beneficial type of produce for overall health and are particularly enjoyed during the summer months given their high water content. They also contain important nutrients that are essential for the human body. Cucumbers flesh is rich in vitamin Avitamin C, and folic acid, while the hard outer skin is rich in fiber and a range of minerals including magnesium, molybdenum, and potassium.

Kale:

Kale is high in fiber and water. Both of these help prevent constipation and promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract. It also contains B vitamins, and vitamin C, which promotes iron absorption. These are essential for the release of energy from food.

Celery:

Chronic inflammation has been linked to many illnesses, including arthritis and osteoporosis. Celery and celery seeds have approximately 25 anti-inflammatory compounds that can offer protection against inflammation in the body. You’ll enjoy vitamins A, K, and C, plus minerals like potassium and folate when you eat celery. It’s also low in sodium. Plus, it’s low on the glycemic index, meaning it has a slow, steady effect on your blood sugar.

Flaxseeds:

Flaxseed has long been thought to offer health benefits. It contains fiber, fat, protein, and various minerals and vitamins. These nutrients may offer protection against cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular problems. Consuming ground flaxseeds enables the body to absorb the nutrients more effectively.

Mint:

Indigestion and gas: Mint is a calming and soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years to aid with upset stomach or indigestion. Mint is thought to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow, which helps to speed and ease digestion (and which may also support healthy cholesterol levels).

Coconut Water:

Coconut water is made from the clear liquid inside of green coconuts. It's not to be confused with coconut milk, which is made from the water and the flesh inside of a mature coconut. Over 95 percent of coconut water is water.

Apples:

Apples deserve to be called "nutritional powerhouses". They contain the following important nutrients:
